auto to manual swap, flywheel question 700 1991

I'm in the process of doing an auto to manual swap on my 91 740 regina but have a question about the flywheel orientation. Since it doesn't appear to be keyed, does it matter which way it goes on? As in, do I have to the engine at TDC or do I just slap it on?

BTW, the regina flywheel is similar to the lh2.4 version with the only difference being two blank spaces where the 2.4 only has one.
