I don't like it. Solution seems simple, too, loosen the bolts, adjust, tighten the bolts. The problem is step 1: those bolts are darn tight and painted over. I have only tried it with a 12-point wrench so far and the bolts were having a laugh while I was at it. Any advice on how to tackle this?
