I'm looking for a Jetronic ECU, Bosch #0280000572.

Does anyone know if there are any problems with a different unit going in? (Manual transmission 244)

If anyone has one, please let me know!

i may be able to help you with the 572 ecu.
there is one at the local yard (of course its no longer in the car) with a volvo rebuilt sticker.
it is not the white label but its a rebuilt.
comes with a 30 day warranty.
110.00$ shipped.
warranty does not include shipping refund.

That ECU is for LH Jetronic 3.1 version, and cannot be substituted for any other LH 2.XX ECU, as there was only one car Volvo ever made with that system, 90-92 240's with M47 5 speed.
