I found pictures of the car #322 of 1600 on this website http://www.240.se/pictures.html anybody know who's site this is? I would love to know the history of my car. The license plate shows a NY tag. I just bought the car from somebody in NC and he was not truthful about where it came from or how long he had had it. OR how much work it needed. Thanks! I'm new to this site and stepped back into Volvo land las Friday. I bought my daughter a 1993 245 with 150k for $1,850.00 with out even taking it to a mechanic. It just felt right and the price was very low for such a great shape vehicle. We were taking out the factory stereo and now we have the "check engine" all aglow. Anyway I saw your offer to run a carfax and was wondering if you had used them all up. Mine is YV1AW8804P1949202. We would really appreciate it. The people we purchased it from had all kinds of repair records and the car looks great with Virgo wheels. I'm not going to sweat the CE light right now as the car runs fine. I think my daughter was a little aggressive with the factory tape deck when dealing with the anti-theft bracket and more than likely shook wires going to the ECU.
