Vacuum Hose Size 7mm & 3.5mm? what else? 1991 240 200 1991

Hey Y'all
Ok i took a piece of my broken fuel line "the short rubber hose" to auto store and Dippity Do Da could not seem to find exact match so i got slightly larger and put those screw tight clamps on seems fine. However i am still having a rough start issue so i want to replace all the vacuum lines, i think it is 7mm hose and 3.5mm hose? am i correct? and what other rubber hoses or lines should i fix?

i have a new CPS but for the life of me i can not figure out how in the heck to get to that darn thing on the engine, hell i cant even see the end of it?
i also have a new air temp flap thing, closes the air flap in air intake, got a new fuel relay, had new fuel pumps last year, so i guess i hope its just rotted rubber line causing me my woa's

You might wish to check the hose from the manifold to the power brake booster, and the check valve on the booster, along with the grommet that the valve fits into. If you are having a rough idle on start up, this would be a monster leak. Do you have cruise control? Check the vacuum dump valve on the brake pedal too. I'm sure that Art will come up with something that will make these suggestions sound foolish, but that is the best that I can come up with.

No, Bill, I'm with you there. In fact, the subject of the thread had me looking to see if that brake hose might be mentioned. I've had one split (not lengthwise, but across its embrittled diameter) just back of the manifold nipple where it is really hard to see.

In my case, I was able to cut off the split part and still have it reach OK, but I sure don't have anything around the shop that size and capable of vacuum. Dealer item maybe?

It does sound like his fuel pressure regulator is the urgent need at the moment.
