The driver seat in my '90 was completely trashed when I got the car. PO must have weighed 400 lbs.
I got a decent seat at the junkyard for $75, washed, repaired, and swapped the seat cover from the '90 to the good seat, and found enough good pieces in the broken seat to fix up the driver seat in my '91.

Any 90's seat will fit. I took my covers off and washed them in cold water & woolite, then let them air dry for a day.

If you just need to fix the lumbar you do not need a kit. Just use coat hanger wire to replace the broken wire. There should be a good description on how to do it in the archives somewhere. If the seat bottom is no longer giving support try to find a donor at a junkyard and use the passenger seat because it will have little wear. I was able to pick up a complete seat for $25 that I gutted for the foam. Once put back together made the car feel like new.
