If you find nothing amiss there, I might suggest that your ECT (engine coolant temperature sensor) has failed. It's under the number three intake runner. This is not common, but it does happen if the car has sat for a while and the fuel filter hasn't been replaced on a regular basis. Beyond that, the fuel pressure regulator might be leaking, to test this, remove the vacuum hose from the FPR and look for wet gas, a sniff of gas may also indicate a FPR problem. Finally, is the ECU throwing any codes?
