You may want to keep the old seats for parts because the drive motors and shafts have a habit of going bad. I believe the 940 programable seats are the same and also the S70/S60/V70. The seats were changed in '95 on the 960 so any post 94 programmable 960/S/V90 seats will work. I traded in a '96 960 last year (something I regret. I love the V70 2.5T, but the 960 was paid for!)
