Volvo RWD 200 Forum

I have some manuals which were included with the purchase of my 1986 GL Wagon.

I have listed the sections of the manuals below. They are in a ring binder, with each section individually bound. The writing style is no where near as friendly as the Bentley Service Manual.

I know I can use the sections marked 1986.

I know I can't use the "CI" Fuel Injection System section, as my car has LH 2.2 fuel injection.

I am wondering if the sections dated "1975-" could be of any use when working on my 1986 240DL.

I have listed the sections below, in order of my confidence in them, low to high.

Are there any, beside the fuel injection sections, which would be of limited use when I am repairing the car? I don't know how much the volvos chance from 1975 to 1986. For example, it says "Charging System 240, 260 1975-19.." What figure should be in the ".." place?

If there is any info fellow board members want me to look up in this tome, I could post the info.
