VIEW    REPLY TO THIS MESSAGE    PRINT   SAVE   A    A  Problems with my 1993 Volvo 240 posted by  someone claiming to be VolvoMan1121 on  Tue Oct 20 22:53 CST 2009 [RELATED] I have a 1993 Volvo 240 and for some reason its running rich and sputters like it wants to shut off.I did a tuneup on it already except for the wires but they looked good when i checked them but that shouldnt make a difference in the way its running.I adjusted the idle on it because it kept cutting off and now i think thats the reason why its sputtering because its getting too much fuel. • How did you adjust the idle on such an unadjustable engine? .....
