So what's with Obama declaring this an emergency?
Perhaps to distract us from things people with a pulse might find somewhat maddening. You know, like the fact that his administration and party are loaded with tax cheats and he wants us to pay his tax and cap farce. Meanwhile his administration doesn't like paying he taxes we have now. Maybe he would rather having us talking about flu instead of the fact that the dollar is worth less and less, and the economy is far worse than he would like us to believe. How jobless rates are worse than reported because of the way they gather them. It is all a a big shell game. As you pointed out elsewhere housing sales are also being over reported. Need I go on?
Obama the candidate promised us much, and Obama the President has delivered very little. It isn't right wing people like me who he needs to be concerned with, it is the far left who he has disappointed. He was in Boston yesterday and the moonbats were out in force. Protests were planned everywhere he went. Not tea party protests but rather Code Pinko.
He has been built up to be a mythical transformational type of person, almost god like. Does he have the strength to have principles, and lead by them, despite the hits he will surely take in the polls? Will he be able to handle the arrows that will come his way from both sides of the aisle? So far he seems to be trying please people, rather than stand on principle. The next three years will be interesting if nothing else.
