Medterms.com Definition of Epidemic: "The occurrence of more cases of a disease than would be expected in a community or region during a given time period. A sudden severe outbreak of a disease such as SARS."
Isn't novel H1N1 (swine flu) within expectations? If so then it isn't an epidemic. And if it isn't an epidemic, it also isn't a pandemic.
So what's with Obama declaring this an emergency?
1 in 5 children showing symptoms? Think about how dishonest that statement could be. Is every soar throat swine flu?
Be skeptical and take your vitamin D. Note the reason it's hard to find for kids is because pediatricians are telling parents to give daily 1000 IU doses to their kids. It's available in pills.
If you feel you must get the vaccine, take the nasal version to avoid the nasty adjuvant (= shit that doesn't belong in your body).
