As a result we'd end up with a better educated population. That would improve our economic competitiveness vis-à-vis Europe and Asia and result in a voter population comprising fewer TonyHs, 03Vs, Jorrells and Stickies, and that might just lead to a sensible foreign and domestic policies. ;-) -- If ignorance is bliss, why are there so many unhappy people?
