Jarrod, inserting pictures from the gallery doesn't seem to be working

Using the same procedure as always to upload / select, I'm getting a "404 File Not Found" message instead of being directed to the gallery.

Noted a few other posters in RWD have been having the same problem.
I thought it was just me.

Select, copy to buffer, and paste anywhere:
