I am sure this is no big secret to anybody on this board.
I read this article which sounds very encouraging.

But it is just a mere drop in the bucket. Yes a few supervisors and owners of smaller companies have been arrested for employing illegal immigrants. What about corporations that employ illegal immigrants? They just can not hide behind the statement "we did not know". I am not the type who believes that corporations are evil. I believe in capitalism but not at the expense of our laws and the American people. When will these "sanctuary cities" be held responsible for obstructing federal laws? These cities have illegal immigrants in their jails but they refuse to inform U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Instead they just release them to the public once their sentence is completed. These cities even use tax payer’s dollars to fund programs that assist illegal immigrants from being captured. I can go on forever about ways our country avoids the illegal immigration problem. I have no problem with someone wanting to come to our country in hopes of bettering themselves. Just do it legally. In the past 20 to 30 years immigration has changed drastically. Before most illegal immigrants just wanted to work so that they could have a better life, I can respect that. Today is different. Why, because crime pays. Well at least a lot better in America than it does in Mexico and Central America. Dealing drugs, burglary, robbery, and prostitution is very profitable here in America. If and when they are caught committing crimes they are still entitled to due process of the law. This a luxury they would not had enjoyed in their country.
Whenever I post on other forums and blogs many people are surprised that I have such strong views on illegal immigration because I am Hispanic. I have even been told that I hate my own heritage and that I pretend to be white. LOL, I find that most Hispanic Americans have very strong views on illegal immigration. Maybe because we speak the language, maybe because it is easier for us to recognize illegal immigrants, or maybe we just want our laws enforced just like any other American.
Illegal immigration is just another part of a long list of problems that we have here in America and that our politician chosen to ignore. Sure they will stand in front of the camera and say things to make us feel good but tomorrow that is yesterday's news.
Sorry for venting
