You tube .... while planning our trip out west this year, my middle boy (age 12) asked about cleaning trout to eat them. I started to explain. Then, he stopped me and said said "you tube." Search fillet trout and there were countless videos. A paradigm shift for me. You tube had always only been a guilty pleasure over the past year watching old videos of Jerry, suddenly a learning tool!
Last Sunday night, several families over. Getting late and another pitcher of Martini's going around. I unplug the XM radio from our speaker system and hook up the laptop. BAM - finding every tune I want for the party:
