I slipped back the the barcelona area for some last minute warbling, and as I was posting I noticed that even though I am on the BB, the google ads seems to still be able to tell that I am using a European connection. Maybe they look at IPs. Never noticed this before.

Pretty crazy stuff.

I will say this, US Air has definitely improved its first class between my flight yesterday/Am today over last fall.

of all things, I did NOT expect to get caught in a massive downpour in Barcelona.But wow is it coming down. I feel like it followed me across the water. i like to ride the airport bus in to the city because its faster than the train, and almost as fast as a cab and far less. The bus actually hydroplaned coming to a stop at one point, and we thought we were going to crunch a car.

Fuel prices are having an impact here. I have noticed a jump in a number of fares and other basics so far today. This is in spite of the strenght of the Euro. ot absolutely soaked in the short run to the Renfe for the ride up into the mountains. Got a hot shower, quick change and a good feed at destination. Hope it doesn't make me sicker than I already am.
