After a second's thought, I realized I HATE hybreds. Why can't we just get electric cars? I want mine with a 2 cycle diesel generator to power the batteries for the 4 small electric motors, one at each wheel (all wheel drive). Then I could plug it in at home, or just buy a couple of gallons of diesel fuel while on the road. I would expect about 60-80mpg at cruising speed and better in the city. Expecially with the conventional drivetrain weight removed.
