What works? What doesn't? What can be done to improve it? User counts have stayed flat for a while and I'd like to give it a bit of a boost. Why do you think people stay on this site? Why do they leave? Why do 38% of visitors leave after their first arrival (note this isn't all that bad, but it's lost opportunity)? How are the ads working out? It's keeping revenue where it needs to be, but is it driving people away? Are there alternatives for revenue?
