Stop blaming the US. It is a home grown problem.

Stop blaming the US. If it was US citizens that are doing the killing in Canada, then yes, the US is to blame. (Even then it could be blamed on Canadian Customs and Immigration for allowing them in.)

But it is a home grown problem. Not all communities in Canada are prone to gang violence even though there is hand gun possession within them. It's just that in some communities there is a different culture.

The police point out that it is "children killing children". What they don't point out is that while it is MALE children killing children, the FEMALE children are having children and perpetuating the problem with the support of Canadian society. So Canadians have brought this on themselves.

BTW, don't blame it on poverty. Our poor are (too) well provided for. Not likely you'll see aid agencies begging for money with overweight people with cable tv, cars etc. in the background. If there is any poverty, it is poverty of conscience. Something that throwing money at will not eliminate.
