Local Child killed by Snake yesterday.

Did anyone see where the little 2 year old girl was killed by the Mother's Boyfriend's Albino Burmese Python? We were going to a friend's home yesterday evening, and there were about 8 uplink trucks parked alongside the road going to his home. We saw the Sheriff's Department taking what looked like a long yellow snake from the home. Turns out the thing escaped during the night, and killed the 2 year old girl. And wouldn't you know it, the Bozo had no permit for the snake. I don't have a clue what good the permit would do, other than to alert someone that a varmint of this size and temperment was in the area. I'll bet he does minimal time for this.

There are reports that several of these have been released in the wilds here in Florida, mainly further South in the Everglades. Do people never think?

If you want to see the source documentation for this, just type in Child killed by snake. (if you have the stomach for it)
