| This is my 84 244. My parents bought it new before they were married twenty five years ago and drove away from the church in it. 7 years later I was born and I came home from the hospital in it. This is my first car and I've been driving it for 3 years now. Over the course of its existence it's been wrecked twice, on fire twice and loved for 25 years. I wouldn't give my volvo up for anything :) It has new upholstery and carpet, was repainted about 7 years ago when the taillight caught on fire, and right before 300,000 miles we had to have the tranny rebuilt. Original engine though :) Last month I found some round quads and fixed them up and I like how they look. Hope to find some virgos!!! Meet my car affectionately known in my family as "Brownie" |

| My alternator stopped working, the idiot lights all started to dimly light, at higher rpms the lights went out, but it got worse as I drove 20 miles back to my place from the grocery store. The lights started to stay on more and more at even higher revs. |
