Need help with CEL codes 850 1997

I have a 97 850 glt.
My CEL is staying on after resetting and the codes I was able to pull are P0243, waste gate solenoid malfunction and P0410, secondary air injection system.
I know the second one is air pump related and I have to diagnose for pump vs. relay etc... The first one I'm not sure about and don't know where the waste gate solenoid even is. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
