Volvo S60 2003 non turbo Rear brake lights always on, with ignition on or off,I half to disconnect the battery to shut them off,third brake light works fine. Replaced fuses and no change. When stepping on the brakes, loud humming/ buzzing noise from engine compartment. What is the problem, driving me crazy, any help would be great. Thanks bheli.
