I ordered another pump and when it came, I took the old unit from the tank.Turned out the pump had worked loose, including the clamp holding the rubber line and slid down a little, allowing some of the gas to spray out within the tank. I just snugged all back up, and the car is running great again, without the new expensive fuel pump! My wife is a happy person, besides I have something off my to-do list. Thanks again!
