that sounds pretty reasonable to me too.

I've never had this type of work done so I don't have anything to compare it to.

Is cylinder-heads.com local for you? I expect any reputable machine shop can do this for you and you wouldn't have to ship it.

You should really look at getting some kind of a shop manual for this car so you know how to properly take the head off and put it back on. Maybe someone on here could pull the instructions out of VADIS for you? I will check my Haynes manual tonight and see if it's instructions are useful.

Remember you'll need a head gasket kit as well. IPD sells gasket kits and also head bolts and other fasteners like manifold bolts and those special exhaust stud washers.
