"I would first check the vacuum line that goes down to the air intake line just before the turbo. Look down, pull off the line and see if the PTC nipple is clogged."

How do I identify where the turbo is? There are a lot of hoses, etc., in a pretty tight space. I checked Bay 13 but could not find the info I would need to proceed.
