Something to do with a vent flap that lives in or near the fuel filling tube. According to Volvo, all I need to fix it is a hose clamp. My charcoal filter isn't full of gasoline - the issue I'm having isn't related to overfilling the tank. If anyone knows what to do with the hose clamp, I'd love to hear it!
