This isn't easy from this end of the WWW. The 2-2-1 usually means there is a small vacuum leak around the intake manifold.

I would also check the vacuum line that runs from the fuel pressure relay, close to cyl #1 and on the fuel injector rail, to the vacuum tree. On my 1995 it was a clear line, except when my FPR failed the line had gasoline in it. And the car started slowly in the morning with a black puff of smoke out of the exhaust.
