Hi, Happy Thanksgiving Brickboarders.
My daughter is now driving my old '96 850 Turbo and I rarely see the car but am still responsible for maintaining it when the wheels aren't turning.
Recently she came over and I noticed that the outside right hand mirror is loose in its housing. I cannot totally remove the mirror, but it is clearly loose and the four way mirror control for this mirror does not work in all diretions as a result.
Has anyone had this problem and if so, how did you handle it? I would really appreciate any instructions on how to remove the mirror properly because I think that I can then access the problem and have a shot at fixing it. It may well be that the fact that is loose is causing the four-way adjuster to not work properly.
Thanks to any and all help and responses. Fred.
