850 R Head rebuild or engine replacement?

Still no compression in the 2/3 cylinders. I am assuming it has a burned valve or some other head problem... I let oil sit in the cylinders and it took several hours to leak down but still no compression.

SO...my big question. Should I seek out a used engine from a car with the same numbers...or should I take on rebuilding the head on this thing. I have never taken on a head r/r before. I have located a couple of machine shops but am really hesitant to take on this two piece head from a bad experience with a 740 16 Valve.

I have located a couple of low mileage units in the $6-800 range. Thoughts? Ideas?
