Greatings.
I installed a rebuild head and now can't get the car to start. I turns over fine, but no fire. Getting fuel and spark at the plugs.
I think it might be timing. I set it up in alignment with the timing marks on the cams, but the crank gear has no timing marks on it. Only the pulley has a timing mark on it. I lined that up with the mark on the oil pump.
One more thing: the car sat for 8 months before I put the new head on it. It was covered... but I thought I'd mention it.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
