Mr Tool, Here's a technique that's worked for me:
1. Attach a 6 in C-clamp to the edge of the rotor. Position it so that the frame of the clamp is about tangential to the edge of the rotor.
2. Insert a breaker bar through the clamp, resting the end of it on the wheel hub. I used a 4 ft piece of 1-in steel pipe. Now you've got leverage.
3. A couple of good yanks should free it. If not, relocate the clamp on another point on the rotor and try again.
