I concur with Russell and Mark. Boston Volvo Village will treat you very well. Competence is average, but it is possible to get things accomplished there even if it does take a few visits. They have never denied me a loaner and I live very close, so for me it's a no-brainer. I am also (unfortunately) on first name basis with the service manager (he is a good guy, assuming it's still the same person now as was there around Christmas). This made all the difference for me.
