Get the IPD bars first. You may not want to spend more money after you feel the difference. I have done, or will do the following on my 244 in this order:

IPD upper chassis braces
IPD 25mm/22mm sway bars
240 turbo wheels with wide/soft tires
--Bilstein Shocks
--Jamex lowering springs (springs/shocks/bushings at one time)
--poly front bushings
OMP upper strut brace
IPD lower chassis tie bars
Performance endlinks --
