Hi Steve, I am a one man operation here usually putting in about 12 hours a day, but I happened upon you message. Ive seen gasoline put in these cars plenty of times but have never seen it do any damage. I've heard of others claiming that it did but I have to say that I question the diagnosis. I would change the fuel filter, filling it with clean diesel before putting it on. I use a vacuum pump in combination with a jar with two vacuum nipples on the lid to suck fuel from the tank up through the top of the pump. I would make sure that its properly primed and free of gas before condemning the pump. If in the off chance it is bad, give me a call, I've got some around, or I may be able to fix yours. Good luck, Chris Bogue 503-263-2766 --
