Be vey careful with the front and rear 'screen trim. The best way to get it off is to cut away at the rubber till you get it loose. Avoids breaking the glass too. It is currently unavailable the good news is that the gutter trim has recently been re-made.

Obviously this method requires buying new front and rear screen rubbers

I own a 1973 ES but the trim around the windshield is pretty much the same. Carefully remove the small center pieces, then, using a small piece of wood, fold the rubber back far enough to start the chrome trim to be removed. As it lifts it will remove with little effort. Be carefull turning corners. Do it by yourself... no helpers. I have removed and replaced the chrome without damaging either the rubber or the chrome. --
