There was a recall where the cold start valve wire was disconacted and cut out of the circuit, and cold start valve rewired to the starter solenoid, thus leaving a permanent cold start valve code in diagnostics. Check it out, you'll probably find some electrical tape on the harness near the valve, and wiring from valve to starter. This will not prevent car from starting. The cold start valve is bolted into the intake manifild from the bottom side, about center, and should have a black two wire conector just like the other injectors. --
