As the previous post stated it may be the idle air motor. Clean it. If the problem returns after cleaning, loosen the stop nut on the throttle body butterly valve and very slowly turn the throttle stop screw in until you raise the base idle speed. If your throttle valve is open just slightly more, the idle air motor may not try to bring the speed up any. --
