Support transmission. Remove Drivers side trans support bolts then reinsert THREE full turns. Remove passenger side support bolts. release jack allowing trans crossmember to stop on drivers side bolts then just far enough down so trans "rolls" down to allow access to switch. ??22mm medium socket on extension gts it out and in.

Never done it on a 140 so it might be similar.
