K-jet or CIS have no wires to injectors
LH or Jetronic have wires to the injectors
its actually 82.5 up, Volvo made an LH-1 in 82, I know I have one, its a rare setup, but very powerful. With 219k on the odometer it still really moves. I think it was Calf setup but I don't have anything solid on that.
All 240 Turbos use the K-jet. One of the things that makes them nice. IMHO.
