The Premair coating on the radiator is std equipment on all current Volvos except the C70 and the S40 and V40.
The IAQS is a multi-gas detecting sensor that closes the inlet air door to disallow outside air until the sensor detects noxious gases at acceptable levels. The IAQS also gets you an activated charcoal impregnated cabin air filter fitted in place of the std fiber version.
Cross-countries have been reliable and should be expected to remain that way.
