If you set the front crank pulley to the TDC position per marks on damper and lower belt cover then the flywheel should be installed to have the missing space on aperture ring aligned with hole for starter. The two rivet like pins that face forward will be positioned one above the dowel on block on right side (exh side) and the other below dowel. The flywheel may even have an arrow on it that should point at the flywheel sensor.
