TAKE YOUR MEATAL RADIATOR TO RADITOR SHOP AND HAVE A ROD OUT AND REPAIRE DONE. MAKE SURE THEY REMOAVE BOTH TANKS AND ACTUALLY RUN RODS THROUGH EACH TUBE. PRESURE WASH WON'T GET IT. BOTH TANKS MUST BE REMOVEED TO GET ALL OF THE SEDIMENT OUT. AFTER YEARS OF EXPERIANCE WITH VOLVO I CAN ASSURE THIS WILL BE MONEY WELL SPENT. I CAN'T SPELL FOR BEANS BUT I'VE DONE THE OVERHEATING THING FOR A WHILE IN THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY FOR SOME TIME NOW. "100 DEGREE DAYS WITH THE A/C ON". --
