This shudder is the result of a combination of things.
Be sure air pressure is not low in tires and that the coupler between firewall and steering rack on steering shaft is not loose.
Then the special fluid is a next step. The fluid is available at a Volvo dealer and I believe you should also find it at a Jaguar dealer or an independent Jag shop. It is supposedly used in the self-leveler suspension on some of those cars.
