You won't see any water in your trans lube unless you drain the transmission...water is heavier than trans oil! By the time you see it it's pink mousse and too late.

Trans lube in coolant is definitive...trans cooler is leaking. Replace radiator.

OTOH, if it's engine oil in coolant, probably a leaking head gasket...
