To remove the interior grab handles, remove the cover strip in the center of the handle. It's the section with the fake stitching on it. A small screwdriver pushed inward at either end of the strip will push it out a bit, then it just pulls free.
Under the strip there will be 2 Torx screws at each end of the handle.
89 or older cars have phillips head screws.

If the trim caps over the driver's door have to be removed , they're a pain. They snap over a white plastic piece which is screwed to the roof.
They're tough to get off without either snapping the plastic piece or making gouges in the cap or surrounding roof trim.
