IMHO (and I've installed a turbo+ on my 87 760T) you can get as much and more by bleeding off the pressure signal to the exhaust waste gate with a variable pressure regulator...let your conscience be your guide (and a calibrated pressure gauge!) as to what the #1 con rod/bearing will take.

The turbo+ only works above around 4000 rpm and at full throttle...the bled wastegate works at all speeds!
