Re: Car stalls or doesn't start when hot! HELP![700/1985] posted by Lawrence on

There may be other reasons why the car wont start when its warm. But having
had the experience, I know that a bad temp sensor is one of the possible culprits.
When I first turned it over it would sputter once, like it wanted to start. Then it would turn and turn without starting. But when the engine
cooled down it would start as if nothing was wrong at all. After the temp
sensor replacement, there was no more problem. In fact, at 130,000 mi
Ive had no more problems with the car.
