Carroll,

I have hopefully, just finished my radio ordeal. The dealership says all you have to do is reset the player once and it shouldn't do it again. I finally got a new radio after the third time. Simple fix though. All you need is a phillips and a small screwdriver or pointy item and maybe a flashlight. Pull the radio out, looking at the front of the radio, unscrew the right side plastic mount(two screws). Inside you will see a micro switch located about in the middle. push it. This will reset the CD player to accept cds. If it keeps happening, which it did for me, the dealership has to document it themselves before they replace the radio.

Good luck,
--
